If you sign-up with Beads & Findings (B&F), we may collect personal informations such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and birthday. We use these informations to communicate with you and provide you with useful services and special benefits. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or give your personal information to other parties. Your privacy is important to us. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against the loss, theft, unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of personal information in our custody and control.
SHOPPING AT Beads & Findings:
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT:
All packages shipped from Beads & Findings will include a Proforma Invoice indicating the contents as "Fashion Accessories Beads" and will be declared as "For Personal Use", with full value for the order listed. Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by your Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Beads & Findings. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees or other documents needed to buy from Beads and Findings. A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Beads & Findings being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please recognize that you may receive another email before we are able to remove you.

ABOUT INTELECTUAL PROPERTY:
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from posting content that violates another party’s intellectual property rights. When we receive a proper claim of intellectual property infringement, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Rules for uploading creations:
* Must tag at least 1 item bought from B&F.
* B&F takes safety of its members very seriously and takes significant efforts to make sure that the interactions encountered on the site are done so in a safe manner. We strong urge all members to report suspicious people and inappropriate content when they come across it on the site. You can notify B&F of any inappropriate people by emailing to customerservice@beadsandfindings.com.ph.
* B&F have the rights to delete uploaded creations.
RETURN POLICY: Question and Answer
A: Beads & Findings will issue a refund at no cost for delivery of wrong product. Beads & Findings will replace defective products however freight charges will not be refunded.
Question: What are the policies for wrong product and defect product return policies?
A: Wrong Product:
* Notify Beads & Findings within 2 business days after getting the merchandise by emailing us at customerservice@beadsandfindings.com.ph. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email with further instructions on how to ship the merchandise back to us. Please understand we will replace you the product on what was on the invoice. No changes allowed.
* Should customer receive a defective product, please notify Beads & Findings within 2 business days by emailing us at customerservice@beandsandfindings.com.ph. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email with further instructions on how to return the merchandise back to us. Please understand all charges incurred including taxes and freight will be paid solely by the buyer.
* Beads & Findings have the right to accept or deny if the product is considered defective.

Question: My product meets the conditions to be applicable for return policies, how do I file for returns?
A: You need to inform Beads & Findings within 2 business days by emailing us at customerservice@beadsandfindings.com.ph. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email from our customer service representative with further instructions on how to return the merchandise back to us. You will have 14 days to ship the merchandise with the Original Invoice once a RMA has been assigned to you.
You can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an email to customerservice@beadsandfindings.com.ph with the following information:

Reasons for returning the item:
In the return package, please include the Original Invoice and write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the Original Invoice. Please also write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number) on the outside of the packaging. We cannot replace products without the Original Invoice.
Question: I want a refund instead, how will I get my refund back?
A: Beads & Findings cater to Paypal refund and store credits for defective products. For Paypal, your refund will be issued back to your account within 2 - 4 weeks from the day we have received the returned products. Aside from Paypal, we can issue store credits to your account for the value of the returned products. Freight charges are non refundable.
Question: I want to return wrong products delivered or defective products but it is already past 14 days after delivery, am I still entitled for a return or refund?
A: No. You need to inform Beads & Findings within 2 days after receiving your order package and deliver the package back in 14 days after receiving the RMA. Returns will not be accepted if any of these criteria has not been met.
Question: I do not like the looks or quality of the products delivered. Can I return the products and ask for a refund?
A: No. Beads & Findings does not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. If you want to test out our products please just place a small order.
Question: What happens when I returned a shipment without the proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number?
A: Any returned shipment without the proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by Beads & Findings.
Question: What happens when my return shipment to Beads & Findings got refused?
A: Any refused shipment sent back to Beads & Findings does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with Beads & Findings to receive the refused shipment again.
Question: I have already sent the return package to Beads & Findings, how long does it take to process my return?
A: Your return will be processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your return package.
Question: Will I get a refund for freight charges?
A: Freight charges are non-refundable. Beads & Findings is not responsible for freight cost of replaced items. We always do our best to package, ship and represent our products as accurately as possible.
